PlayFlex provides B2B iGaming platform services to licensed and prospective operators. The Site is not intended for end-users of casino games and is not an offer to gamble.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any system connected to it.

5. Services and commercial terms
Specific commercial terms for White Label, Turnkey, Source Code, and Game Aggregator products are governed by a separate written agreement signed between PlayFlex and the customer. Information on the Site is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PlayFlex does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayFlex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
